Deborah Farber is a highly experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 40 years of expertise in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, specializing in treating individuals aged 16 and up. A proud alumna of Boston College, Deborah earned both her undergraduate degree and her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the esteemed institution. She is a Board Certified Clinical Psychiatric Nurse Specialist.

Throughout her distinguished career, Deborah has held roles across various settings, including Emergency Departments, inpatient psychiatric units, and outpatient mental health clinics. With 35 years of private practice, she has dedicated her life to providing compassionate and effective care to her patients. Deborah has also conducted mental health evaluations in emergency room settings, where her expertise has been invaluable in guiding critical treatment decisions.

Lauren Wilson
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Lauren’s journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Simmons College in 2013. Over the past decade, she has honed her skills and knowledge in the demanding environment of the Intensive Care Unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Her dedication and commitment to patient care have been evident throughout her tenure there.

Now that she has graduated from Regis College with her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree, we are excited to welcome her to our team!

Lauren’s background in nursing combined with her specialized training in psychiatric care equips her with a unique perspective and skill set to address the mental health needs of our community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren is a vibrant individual with diverse interests. She finds joy in travel, embraces an active lifestyle, savors beach outings in the summer, and shares her life with her husband and beloved French Bulldog, Brewster.

We are confident that Lauren’s compassionate approach, coupled with her clinical expertise, will make her a valued asset to our practice.

Beth Chadwick
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Beth Chadwick is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both pediatric and psychiatric mental health care.

She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Boston College and served as a Nurse in the United States Navy. She later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from University of South Alabama and spent 25 years practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Recognizing the growing need for mental health services, Beth pursued additional specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through South College. She provides psychiatric medication management and therapy for children through adults.

Beth’s diverse clinical background and compassionate approach allow her to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
